 Managing Fleet (10 Vans) and 65 Bikers every day.
 Taking care of whole Gorakhpur city Operations of Flipkart.
 Analysed process gap by using theories like CAPA , Gap Analysis (RCA) and 5 S .
 Takes care of proper process implementation and follow up of their logistics operations.
 Auditing the process of their hub and delivery hub.
 Making report and presentation and sending on daily basis.
