• I.EVO is a custom furniture manufacturing privately held company with deep expertise to serve hospitality industry;

Market Opportunity:
• International market:
o US has almost 9 million hotel rooms inventory, with life of average 10 years for renovation, almost 9 Lakh rooms undergo renovation every year (excluding new construction and newer inventory added to this existing market);
o Middle East market has more stringent norms for renovation within every 5 years with almost 6 lakh hotel rooms under development;
• Domestic market with branded and top tier hotels has almost 40,000 rooms under renovation and 10,000 under development;
We are currently serving about 5,000 rooms, thus creating a massive headroom for the company to grow rapidly with sustainable margins.
We have an ambitious plan to cross Rs. 1000 Cr revenue within next few years and hence looking to build our leadership team and think tank.
