Established in 1995, Premier Energies is currently the second largest integrated solar photovoltaic cell and module manufacturer in India and has completed 28 years of operations in 2023. In July 2021 we unveiled our new state-of-the-art facility at E-City Hyderabad with a capacity of 750 MW solar cell & 1000 MW solar module. The company also owns and operates more than 60 MW of Solar Power Plants and has an independent EPC division doing design, engineering, and procurement and commissioning of solar power plants.

Premier Energies also received a Private Equity investment of Rs 200 crores by GEF capital - a global private equity manager focused on investing in climate solutions. The Company will invest the equity capital to consolidate their presence as a leading integrated solar cell and module manufacturer by adding additional capacity of 1.25 GW cell manufacturing and 3 GW of module manufacturing based on the latest Monocrystalline PERC technology along with a planned investment of over Rs. 700 Crores over the next 2 years. The Group turnover for the financial year 2023-24 is projected to be around Rs. 3,000 crores and 2024-25 to be around Rs. 5,000 crores. The Company is planning to go for listing within the next 2 years.
