1. Stakeholder Management: Working with hiring managers and business unit head's to understand immediate and future requirements in Business Units to regulate direction of efforts.
2. End to End Recruitment: Concentrating on effective networking methods to reach the highest number of potential candidates through various ways like internet sourcing, direct mailing, LinkedIn, industry leads & sources, key contacts, job-portals, etc.
3.Recruiting passive candidates also by understanding their motivation factors rather than selling a job.
4. Scheduling & organizing Technical & HR Interviews (weekdays as well as weekends) of candidates those are (or can be) within the framework of the position specification. Possessing strong ability to screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
5. Taking care of Salary Mapping, offer negotiation at initial stage and proceeding for final offer as per company's standard salary recommendation if they are technically fit.
6. Follow up with the candidates for ensuring their final joining with our company as per the schedule in order to avoid any billing loss.
