Our client manufactures textile reinforcements for the rubber industry. They manufacture dipped polyester, aramid, PVA & rayon cords for power transmission belts & braiding yarns for industrial hoses.

The role will be to Oversee Operations / Manufacturing / Production / Quality / Capacity Expansion
• Mechanical Engineer with sufficient exposure to Machinery Fabrication.
• Should be a Process-oriented person, capable of setting systems
• Should have leadership experience in a Manufacturing / Process plant
• Should have some exposure in Greenfield ventures
•Person having roots in Madurai / Tamil Nadu is preferred, but not essential.
Working Knowledge of Tamil is an advantage, but not compulsory

Qualification: BE( essential ) + MBA (MBA is preferred) - We are looking ideally for IIT/NIT engineers and MBA's from top B=Schools

Experience: 15 to 25 years of experience in Manufacturing / Auto / heavy engineering industry

Must have experience of managing the P&L of a business with a turnover of more than Rs.200+ Crore and employee strength of over 200 people.
