JD :

- Fulfil the adequate customer demands to deliver shipments and achieve your targets.

- Maintain & Manage the Vehicles Uptime of 95%.

- Managing P&L of the City.

- Manage and build the relations with B2B and SME Clients and Solve their problems.

- Responsible for Hyperlocal Stores Operations matrix across the City, Meeting Clients exploring opportunities, Creating EV infrastructure nearby to the hubs & Sourcing of Manpower.

- Ensure great customer experience through managing an early morning supply chain with a multi hierarchy team of 1000+ members which can successfully execute Tens of Thousands of shipments every morning without failures, Should have sound voice and leadership skills to lead the 1000+ rider on his voice.

- Identify or plan 1000+ Electric Vehicle infra & parking in the phases to meet the Supply demand, manage the proper accounting and proper details.

- Strategize and Execute central initiatives as well as contribute with ideas for effectively scaling up the operations in your city.

- Manage all required reporting data and share daily/weekly/monthly reports.

- Deploy and maintain the team count in ground to operate day to day operations.

- Manpower Sourcing & Management: Deploy 1.2x Riders on the fleet, maintain the count and increase the retention of the riders, perpetuate L0 and L1 and L2 retention targets.

- Manage the on boarding and training activities for TLs and Delivery Executives and ensure that they follow the required guidelines while performing different tasks

- Ensure the team is following all the compliance and sop in hub operations and logistics in all areas.

- Use Cross Utilisation opportunities 60% Fleet should be cross utilised and run at least 16 Hours

- Help build and implement SOPs, ensure strict adherence to the Processes & Service Level Agreements, Manage workflow and day to day operations

- Work towards continuous improvement for serving all clients within the stated service delivery times across the city

Ground Team: 1.1x

DA :1.2x

Vehicle Up Time (Breakdown): 95%

IOT Up Time: 99%

Vehicle Live: 80 %

Order & MG Targets: 90%
