Currently we are building the largest chain of branded salons in India with a mission to establish 75000 salons in 5 years.

Responsibilities:

- Set up a class Operations team on-ground/off-ground.

- Increasing the efficiency of system analyzing C/Q matrix.

- Examining 2PL vs 3PL vs 4PL on ROI approach.

- Negotiating contracts, ensuring that they balance value and risk, striking off the best deals.

- Maximizing Revenue with a check on OPEX, CAPEX and Headcounts.

Salary Range: 4-10 LPA
