Responsibilities:
- Head of Growth team at Zyloon, and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Streamline and scale the acquisition and conversion funnels by using A/B testing and Analytics in order to generate quality inbound leads.
- Good understanding of multi-step conversions, ROI, CAC, and CLV.
- Working across the acquisition stack (SEM, SEO, ASO, offline conversions).
- Executing viral retention strategies with Email marketing and Push notifications.
- Optimizing CPC and CPM with targeted marketing campaigns.
Skills Required:
- 1+ years of experience as a Growth Hacker.
- Completely Result Oriented; obsessed with metrics.
- Data-driven decision process and strong analytical skills.
- An understanding of all channels of digital marketing.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS is a plus.
Salary Range: 5-10 LPA
