Job Summary :

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager for Corporate B2B Sales to join our healthcare company.

- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of corporate sales in the health sector, with a proven ability to drive growth through strategic partnerships, account management, and business development.

- This role will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients and managing existing relationships to achieve revenue targets.

How you will make an impact:.

Sales Strategy Development:.

- Develop and implement a robust B2B sales strategy targeting corporate clients in the healthcare industry.

- Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth within the corporate healthcare sector.

- Align sales efforts with the company's overall business objectives and revenue goals.

Business Development & Client Acquisition:.

- Lead efforts to generate new corporate clients through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of the company's healthcare solutions.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals with key corporate clients.

Market Research & Analysis:

- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.

- Identify and evaluate emerging market trends and incorporate them into the sales strategy.

Collaboration & Leadership:

- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment of sales activities with business goals.

- Mentor and coach junior sales team members, providing guidance on best practices and strategies for success.

We are looking for people who:

- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in the health industry.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value corporate accounts.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

- A Master's degree is a plus.

- Strong understanding of the healthcare sector, particularly corporate healthcare solutions (insurance, - wellness programs, healthcare products, etc.

- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

- Leadership and team management experience is a plus.
