Skills & Experience:
- Required relevant experience: 3-5 years
- Experience owning a customer success journey, CSAT & Engagement metrics.
- Highly creative with experience running improvement projects to enhance engagement & experience.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a bonus, Microsoft Excel. (Good to Have).
Responsibilities:
- Define and own key result areas and metrics around onboarding users, activation targets & operational efficiency.
- Ideate & run activation experiments online & offline to create a breakthrough onboarding experience to drive user engagement.
- Create a unified strategy for the flow of information from pre-onboarding to post-service launch & capture all data requirements.
- Prepare regular reports for the pharma team via the existing analytics suite.
