Education and experience:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience highly required.
- Degree in marketing management, advertising, communications, or similar, Proven experience creating high-impact, unique marketing campaigns.
- Prior database management experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Familiarity with tools such as mapp, mail chimp, MoEngage, SendGrid, and clevertap.
- Excellent project management skills are specific to marketing.
- High ownership, commitment & result orientation.
- Ability to harness collaboration to produce well-crafted content, Good communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding user behavior/ preferences through market research (primary or secondary).
Understanding past campaign learnings & incorporate them into future campaigns.
- Conceptualizing marketing campaigns that address the pain points of users across B2C, B2B & B2B2C segments.
- Liasoning with copywriting & design team to ensure the creatives reflect the right comms.
- Maintaining the user database, enriching it with target segmentation & profiling.
- Executing campaigns through the platform as per timelines, Monitoring, reporting campaign metrics & improving KPIs.
