Job Description for City Heads :

- Own and hit/exceed monthly sales targets within assigned territory and accounts

- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

- New hiring & retention

- Provide a high level of visibility and transparency to senior management

- Responsible for entire P&L of the assigned city
