Desired Requirements:

- Engineering from a premier college(IIT/NIT/BITS). An MBA from the top B-School is a plus. - Ex-entrepreneurs/CXOs with at least 10 years of experience.

- It's a full-time role.

- Entrepreneurial mindset who can manifest product mission & vision.

- The work is remote, to begin with, the company is flexible in terms of location.

- Must have a strong passion to innovate and scale up a startup.

Job Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs.

- Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning.

- Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met.

- Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention.
