Required Experience:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong background with lead-based or ROI clients, including Consumer tech (app-based).
- Experience in working with a multi-crore digital marketing budget.
- In-depth, hands-on experience in managing programmatic & biddable platforms like Google AdWords, Facebook, DBM, etc.
- Exposure of running campaigns using 1st party and 3rd party data.
- Knowledge of Analytics, Attribution, and Planning tools (eg. Appsflyer, DCM, etc.).
- Strong marketing mindset with problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with the team to strategize, plan, and deploy performance marketing campaigns for the business (app-based).
- Independently own all digital marketing efforts (Facebook ads, Google ads, Display ads, Youtube, etc.)
- Co-create digital marketing creatives with the design team.
- Own and improve B2C sales funnel via analytics tools (Firebase, Facebook Analytics, Mixpanel).
- Ensure campaigns are optimized to maximize efficiency and minimize wastage.
- Working with the team on periodic analysis and own internal reporting.
- Explore, identify, elaborate, and pursue tech/API integration solutions with the team to improve performance capabilities.
- Explore options with Publishers, Ad networks, Tools, etc. to better serve the campaign objective.
- Needs to have a strong analytical data-driven mindset. Responsibilities will frequently include analyzing overall data to identify trends and diagnose issues relevant to performance marketing.
