Role Purpose:

To support the CMI Head and collaborate closely with the marketing team and business units in driving the brand-building agenda, providing insightful analysis and interpretation of consumer data to guide strategic decisions and deepen market understanding.

Key Responsibilities

Financial

- Assist in client servicing to ensure day-to-day project tasks are executed in an accurate and timely manner

- To generate consumer and market insights that help drive business

Customer

- Bringing the consumer perspective to marketing decision making by executing market analysis and research activities and to provide insights and recommendations

Process

- To manage Market Research projects for both syndicated and ad hoc / customized research studies

Syndicated Research: Retail Audit track, Household Panel track

Customized Research: Brand health studies, concept tests, product tests, qualitative, consumer connects, etc.

- To liaise with agencies to source proposals for the research requirements and follow internal procedures for agency selection

Do a first level of negotiation on timelines & costs by comparison with past studies which are similar in nature

Give a comparison of proposals from different agencies

- Provide operational support to the team leaders on a vast array of activities such as proposal preparation, questionnaire development, fieldwork management, and data quality, as well as to help formulate and prepare client reports.

- Developing the optimal methodology and overseeing the data collection process and analysis plan to ensure all necessary insights are generated to meet business objectives

- Leveraging research data and information to proactively identify business opportunities and gaining internal support to act upon these opportunities

- Delivering analysis and recommendations through presentations and comprehensive written reports.

- Must send email summaries of toplines & reports to stake holders along with the attachments

- Provide inputs into meta learning projects for brands along with agencies to make it more relevant to stakeholders

People

- Serve as a daily point of contact for clients while managing multiple deadlines and projects.
