- To effectively communicate/design communication material for product benefits to all the relevant stakeholders
- To prepare, present and implement marketing plan (brand plans) for promoted product portfolio
- To provide strategic product direction & to create and execute product tactical plans aligned with strategy. Track and monitor the progress of brand/s on a monthly basis
- Maintain key customer and opinion leader contact to maximize product performance in the respective markets
- To maintain and improve product knowledge of the sales team and to continually update knowledge on the product, competitors and therapeutic area
- To achieve secondary sales targets, grow market share, profit contribution and market penetration for all assigned product/s
- To monitor market-wise marketing budgets for the portfolio
- Manage new product introduction (NPI) process and ensure all necessary approvals from Cluster/SBU Head. Ensure product launches in the market as per marketing plan
- Conduct market surveys and sales trends reviews while effectively utilizing available market intelligence tools viz. Internal MIS reports, IMS (wherever applicable) etc. to identify market dynamics and insights
- Regular fieldwork with sales team, monitoring marketing plans, identifying opportunities and gaining market intelligence
Qualification:
- BPharma / BSc with MBA in Marketing from reputed institute
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience in Brand Management / Product Management with top-notch Pharma company in India.
