JD:
- Vice President- Professional Service of Global Delivery is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and delivery of P2P (Procure-to-Pay), S2P (Source-to-Pay) OR SAP HANA OR supply chain/procurement solutions across global markets.
- This senior leadership role involves managing large-scale projects, leading cross-functional teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement in delivery processes.
- The VP Professional Services / Implementation group is a senior leader with responsibility for managing the rapidly growing India team of 100+ employees that implements the Company's diverse set of enterprise software product lines and has strong belief and conviction in Agile development.
- This person is a key member of the senior leadership team of the Global Delivery Function and a key contributor to achieving the company's near-term and long-term objectives. The VP works closely with other leaders in Product Engineering and Product Management to deliver product solutions that will be highly successful in the market place.
- The VP will also be responsible for maintaining, managing customer relationships with C-Level Executives, Top Management, Key Stakeholders of our enterprise customers to obtain customer's goals and ROI objectives for an agile-based value implementation of Zycus's Cognitive Source-to-Pay comprehensive suite.
- You will manage a diverse team of implementation and procurement experts for Zycus's business objectives of rapid time to value realization, customer satisfaction & referencibility.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute global delivery strategies for P2P, S2P, HANA, and supply chain/procurement solutions. Align delivery strategies with the company's business objectives and customer needs. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle from planning and execution to delivery and post-implementation support. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Implement best practices in project management, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse global team of project managers, consultants, and technical specialists. Build a high-performing team through recruitment, training, and professional development initiatives. Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and effective communication within the team.
- Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and providing tailored solutions. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
- Operational Excellence: Optimize delivery processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Drive the adoption of industry standards and best practices in delivery methodologies.
- Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of global delivery operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ensure profitability and financial sustainability of delivery projects.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.
- Technology and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in P2P, S2P, HANA, and supply chain/procurement technologies.
- Promote the adoption of new technologies and innovative solutions to enhance delivery capabilities.
- Collaborate with technology partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and solutions.
Internal Skills And Expertise:
Experience:
- Minimum of 18 years of experience in global delivery or project management roles, with a focus on P2P/S2P/HANA, supply chain/procurement implementations.
- Industry Knowledge: Hands-on experience with enterprise SaaS products, especially in S2P/P2P, CLM, ERP, and CRM applications. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects in a global environment. Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Background: Candidates from SAAS Product company ,Big 4 firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) . Experience in the e-procurement space is highly recommended .
- Communication Skills: Stellar verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Engagement: Extensive experience engaging with customers, with international exposure being a plus.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage and mentor high-performing teams.
