Zycus - Spend Analysis Consultant - Consulting Team

- Zycus is looking for a Spend Analysis Consultant to join our Consulting Team and engage with prestigious global brands and organizations. The position holder shall provide a deep, strategy oriented, functional and analytical expertise to the clients and deliver solutions.

- Spend Analysis Consultant will be responsible to translate the customer expectations and requirements into deliverables and play a key role in generating value and ROI for customers.

The position holder shall:

- Serve as solution consultant on Zycus Procurement Performance Applications

- This consultant will be responsible for developing and deliver functional and technical solutions to help our customers streamlining its spend analysis and procure-to pay processes.

- Ensure deliverables are on-time and within budget, define and achieve KPI targets of adoption, value realization and ROI for customers

- Establish and deliver process redesign and performance improvement initiatives for the customer outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW)

- Provides on-going status of performance measures and deliverables to the Executive & Senior Project Consultant(s).

- Conduct presentations and deliver proposals to clients for opportunities identified for business growth and pass on the leads to Customer Success Management.

- Manage team with all aspects of a deployment including (but not limited to): business process mapping, requirements gathering, process configuration, documenting process flows, user interface configuration, user and supplier set-up and testing support

- Ensure projects are financially successful and report on project key performance indicators to management. Providing clear guidance, support and leadership to the delivery team

- Possess ability to learn to be conversant in features, functionality and applicability of the entire Source to Pay suite including Sourcing, Contracts, Spend Analysis, P2P, as well as possess expert knowledge in Spend Analysis domain.

- Work on development of Spend analysis & procurement best practices, Spend analysis/Procurement Strategies and assets and stay up-to-date on relevant topics/trends, technologies and Zycus capabilities

- Provide best practice, insights and/or expertise to others

Requirements :

Skills & Experience:

- 4-7 years of Business Process Modeling/Re-design and implementation of Spend analysis/Source to Pay Solutions

- Demonstrated expertise in the successful delivery of transformation, change management and business process re-engineering

- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills to review and interpret data, detect problem, determine best solution and preventive measures to mitigate future risks.

- Proven ability to provide knowledge transfer, thought leadership and solutions and translate complex technical issues into compelling business benefits

- Strong customer facing skills, ability to influence and motivate clients and employees

- Advanced MS Office skills

- Flexible, enthusiastic approach to work including a strong desire to learn new tools & techniques to solve business problems.

Preferences:

- Consulting experience with excellent customer communication skills

- Strong consulting and solution's skills

- Ability to forecast trends and typical business requirements

- Implementation of SaaS based Applications
