Check us out on www.zycus.com.  PRODUCT PORTFOLIO :   7 Product Lines with 20+ products  OFFICES :   Mumbai India, Atlanta US, Chicago US, Princeton US, London UK  MARKET SIZE :   USD 5 Billion and grows tremendously during economic downturns  POSITION OVERVIEW AND RESPONSIBILITIES  - The Zycus Customer Success Manager (CSM) is the key owner of our existing customer relationships, and is responsible for driving the ongoing adoption, benefit realization, and retention and growth of the Zycus solution within an assigned set of customers.   - This individual should be comfortable consulting and influencing customers, backed by a strong understanding of the customers- business objectives and the capabilities of the Zycus solution.   - Performance in the role is measured by customer referencitiliy, engagement, retention and growth.  - Be the face of Zycus for our customer.  - Get the accurate pulse of customer needs, goals and expectations from implementation through to operations.  - Identify opportunities and execute strategic and tactical initiatives to ensure the customer pulse is strong.  - Generate opportunities & leads for upsell and cross-sell. CSM is directly responsible for negotiating and closing customer renewals and upsell.  - Connect with senior client stakeholders to fully understand their strategy and roadmap to ensure that Zycus aligns  - Define customer strategy in various accounts.  - Work very closely with Implementation & support team and ensure customer requirements are met with committed schedule and required quality  - Minimize Customer churn and ensure higher customer adoption of Zycus solution, with highest satisfaction ratings (CSIs). Ensure referencibillity of customers for Zycus Solutions.  - Create value added services around Zycus Solutions. Enabling customer to get the desired ROI from Zycus solutions.  - Continuous engagement & consulting with customer and create a platform for sharing Industry & Zycus Customer best practises.  - Be the Voice of customer and collaborate with various Cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Implementation, and Support to ensure ROI.  POSITION REQUIREMENTS :  - Experience in Sales, Presales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Account Management, Customer Success or related disciplines that drive customer solutions and value. (Minimum of 5 years)  - Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related studies. MBA is a plus.  - Proven ability to manage large, enterprise software solutions  - Be a self-starter, a highly motivated person able to work in a fast paced environment that is continually changing.  - Ability to be pro-active with a sense of urgency;  - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);  - Proven ability to engage, partner with, and influence key client stakeholders  - The ability to travel up to 50%  - Strong analytical skills; problem solving skills;  - Ability to read, understand and communicate technical documentation and relate to clients and business needs.
