We are looking for an experienced Provident Fund Compliance Specialist to manage and ensure end-to-end compliance of Provident Fund (PF) operations for our organization.
This role involves overseeing both exempted and non-exempted trusts, ensuring statutory compliance, handling regulatory notices, and maintaining seamless coordination with relevant authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial & Operational Management:.
- Oversee PF fund accounting for exempted trusts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with finance teams for PF remittances, reconciliations, and fund performance reviews.
- Administer PF contributions, withdrawals, transfers, and loans while ensuring timely compliance.
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of PF returns (Form 5, 10, 12A, 3A, 6A, etc.) with the Employees' Provident Fund Organization (EPFO).
Compliance & Regulatory Oversight:.
- Monitor EPF Act, 1952, and other relevant labor laws to ensure statutory adherence.
- Draft, review, and respond to notices or inquiries from EPFO and regulatory bodies.
- Conduct internal audits and compliance checks, identifying and resolving gaps proactively.
Stakeholder & Employee Engagement:.
- Act as the primary point of contact for EPFO, auditors, and legal authorities.
- Address employee queries and grievances related to PF promptly.
- Work closely with HR, Finance, and Legal teams for seamless PF administration.
Training & Policy Updates:.
- Track and interpret PF legislative changes, amendments, and government circulars.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for HR teams and employees on PF policies and benefits.
- Update company policies and SOPs in alignment with the latest PF regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- 4-10 years of experience in PF compliance and trust management, preferably in a large organization.
- Strong understanding of EPF Act, exempted trust rules, and relevant labor laws.
- Proficiency in HRMS/SAP, EPFO online portals, and compliance management tools.
