What will you be doing?

-Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data analytics to identify recruitment trends, assess hiring effectiveness, and refine strategies to improve quality of hire, reduce time-to-fill, and drive overall recruitment success.



-Innovative Sourcing Techniques: Stay ahead of the curve by adopting cutting-edge sourcing methods, leveraging technology and tools, and fostering relationships with external talent pools and networks.



-Strategic Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to business managers, providing guidance and insights on market trends, workforce challenges, and talent solutions.



-Candidate Experience: Build a best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring transparency, timely communication, and meaningful engagement throughout the selection process.



-Continuous Learning & Adaptation: Stay updated on global hiring trends, best practices, and industry disruptions to continuously evolve the talent acquisition function and its relevance.



-Future-Ready Talent Acquisition: Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the hiring process to build a balanced workforce that reflects the organization's values and vision.

-Talent Analytics & Database Management: Develop a strategic approach to maintaining and utilizing candidate databases, turning passive prospects into future hires, and creating a rich talent ecosystem for the organization.
