Core Competencies:-
Forensics
- Conduct and lead internal investigations of alleged or suspected violations of criminal law and corporate policies, including theft, fraud, embezzlement, conflict of interest, collusion, kickbacks and records falsification
- Intake of confidential complaints and whistleblower reports
- Interface with various levels of the organization, including Senior Management
- Provide concise and meaningful updates to Internal Stakeholders
Ethics
- Developing, maintaining, updating and enhancing the Code of Business Conduct & Ethics
- Building a strong ethical culture in complying with applicable laws and regulations
- Actively engage in external and internal compliance networks to identify emerging trends and best practices in the Industry
- Support the Speak Up/Whistleblowing program
- Serve as a project manager for the Ethics Orientation and Onboarding of all new employees
- Develop online training to educate all employee(s) and deliver informative and engaging training to leaders and managers
- Managing the conflict of interest disclosure process, including providing guidance to employees at all levels
Look out for the job:-
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience of which at least 3 years relating to the investigation of extensive, complex, detailed and confidential investigations.
- Experience working with a Big4 is must.
- Possess a high energy level and strong work ethic with a commitment to continuous improvement in a dynamic and changing environment that strives to exceed expectation.
- Experience with data mining software such as ACL, Access, SQL, Business Objects etc. preferred.
- Should be a Chartered Accountant/Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) desired.
