About the role:
We are looking for a highly analytical and dynamic individual to be part of the Talent - Centre of Excellence (COE) team, focusing on Compensation & Benefits (C&B), Performance Management System (PMS), and Center of Excellence (COE) projects. This role will play a crucial part in designing, executing, and improving Talent frameworks that enhance employee experience, drive performance, and align with business strategy. It would involve strategizing and executing end to end high impact projects across the talent value chain to create the best employee experience and high-performance culture.
Role:
Total Rewards:
- Manage compensation benchmarking and salary structuring, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Support annual appraisal cycles, including budgeting, simulations, and pay revision exercises.
- Partner with external consultants to analyze compensation & benefits trends and contribute to building Total Rewards Philosophy
Performance Management System (PMS):
- Drive the performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual evaluations.
- Enhance PMS frameworks, ensuring they align with business priorities and drive a high-performance culture
HR Center of Excellence (COE):
- Lead and execute strategic HR projects related to process automation, org. culture, L&D, talent management and organizational effectiveness.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in People analytics and reporting.
- Contribute to the development of frameworks for succession planning, career progression, and leadership development.
Requirements:
- 2-6 years of experience in COE roles especially in Total Rewards or C&B role for at least 1 year.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A strong team player and problem-solving attitude
