Forensics

- Conduct and lead internal investigations of alleged or suspected violations of criminal law and corporate policies, including theft, fraud, embezzlement, conflict of interest, collusion, kickbacks and records falsification

- Intake of confidential complaints and whistleblower reports

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and complete cases/projects in a timely manner

- Gather, review and analyze data in support of an investigation

- Prepare clear, comprehensive and cohesive investigation reports in a timely manner

- Interface with various levels of the organization, including Senior Management

- Provide concise and meaningful updates to Internal Stakeholders

- Assist in Special Projects as assigned

Ethics

- Developing, maintaining, updating and enhancing the Code of Business Conduct & Ethics

- Building a strong ethical culture in complying with applicable laws and regulations

- Actively engage in external and internal compliance networks to identify emerging trends and best practices in the Industry

- Support the Speak Up/Whistleblowing program

- Serve as a project manager for the Ethics Orientation and Onboarding of all new employees

Training and Communication

- Develop online training to educate all employee(s)

- Develop and deliver informative and engaging training to leaders and managers

- Develop and implement a communication plan to help keep ethics and integrity top of mind

- Managing the conflict of interest disclosure process, including providing guidance to employees at all levels

- Answer ethics related questions that arise across the Company

Desired Profile:

- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience of which at least 3 years relating to the investigation of extensive, complex, detailed and confidential investigations

- Possess a high energy level and strong work ethic with a commitment to continuous improvement in a dynamic and changing environment that strives to exceed expectations

- Certification(s): Chartered Accountant/Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) desired

- Experience with data mining software such as ACL, Access, SQL, Business Objects etc. preferred

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

- Interact well with different people and be able to work in a multicultural/multiregional environment

- Have strong, proficient analytical skills
