Responsibilities :
- Achieving annual and quarterly business objectives and revenue targets
- Leading & organizing prospect meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required
- Actively identifying & approaching potential clients and generating new leads
- Creating & articulating compelling value propositions in pitches to the customers, proposing pricing models based on customer's needs
- Understanding the competitive landscape and market trends to develop long-term business plans - Planning and Executing end to end sales cycle for potential clients; from lead generation and managing trial accounts to closing the new business deals
- Managing existing accounts and relationships with the existing customers

- Ability to effectively communicate & influence all levels of an organization, including executive & C level
- Expertise with number crunching, financial planning, creating business presentations & other written collateral
- Aptitude to work in a fast-paced organization with a strong interpersonal, analytical, negotiation and reasoning skills
- Ability to stitch a strong link of the business network in the corporate world
- A go-getter with a never give up attitude
Desired Candidate :
- Professional experience in selling High-value products/services to corporates, businesses, and HNIs
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Corporate / B2B / Institutional (or a similar role) - B. Tech / MBA from a premier institute
- Experience in Real-estate industry is preferable
