- Experience as a project manager or business analyst and product management for complex technology projects in BFS

- Extensive early career in product development/engineering

- Experience in enterprise or distributed technologies

- Experience with stakeholder management and customer/client requirement gathering

- Use case gathering to help create solutions for distributed technologies for consistent framework and architecture

- Managing stakeholders to determine a prioritisation for requested features and delivery date for features

- Experience delivering customer focused products to market

- Experience working in an agile environment

- A passion for start-ups, speaking with customers and solving customer problems
