Remuneration:

A minimum payout possibility with an Angel fund around the corner, and Sweet Equity for the next 6 months to 1 year, which will also be a factor of Investment done or participation level. Also, Equity depends on the level of contribution, in terms of involvement and money. Also, your investment could also be considered as a factor.

To keep it clear, it will be a pure equity role, which will be vested with time and commitment.

Who are We?

We are a bunch of industry veterans, with years of technology, Startup- Business, growth experience in the SAAS/IT/Ecom/Internet domain, with business experience across APAC, India, the Middle-east and the USA. We have worked with some of the Biggest SAAS firms, and startups, and are pass-out from top Engineering and MBA colleges (Tier 1) from India.

Who is a Perfect Match?

- A Seasoned Startup Enthusiast, a Tech evangelist, or someone who has been through the learnings of any IT or technology company hands-on, and who must have demonstrated a combination of awesome Individual Contribution, Team Leadership and Great Character.

- Has 4+ Years of experience in the relevant field or has worked in fast-paced tech environment, and feels that he or she is capable. A min 2+ years of experience working in SAAS startups is a plus, with an end to end execution

- A technically strong Individual with demonstrated experience to build something from scratch - Product | SAAS platform | Scalable Solutions

- Experience/Understing with/of APIs is a must-have

- Working in the E-commerce domain will be a plus

- UI/UX experience is important

- A good understanding of web apps hosted SAAS tech is a must-have

- Any exposure to analytics platforms will be a plus point

As a tech co-founder, you would:

- Develop technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals

- Design, build and scale web and mobile apps from ideation to market stage

- Supervise and execute the entire tech ecosystem e.g. tech infra, hosting, cybersecurity

- Align tech and business objectives e.g. IT budgets, KPIs, cost-effective approaches

- Build and lead tech teams

- Interact occasionally with customers, partners and investors

- Create the SAAS Platform strategy

- Discover and implement new technologies that yield a competitive advantage

- Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency

- Use stakeholders' feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology

Min Requirements:

- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, open for streams

- Tier-1 college would be good to have, but not a selection criterion, as we believe learning is more important than college degrees
