Zopper - Hiring Manager

Zopper is an InsurTech player based in Noida. We are a 10-year old organization, with key investors as Tiger Global, Nirvana Ventures and Blume Ventures. We work with multiple insurance companies and connect them to various businesses to sell warranty and insurance products.

We have two lines of business - Assurance and Insurance.

In the Assurance business, our key channel partners include Tata Croma, Xiaomi, HDB Finance (HDFC's NBFC), Cashify, Quikr, etc.

In the Insurance space, we enable various brokers and agents to sell health, life and motor insurance plans by using our platform BimaBoss.in. We also enable various fintechs/NBFC/microfinance/retail institutions to offer insurance plans to their customers via BlackSwan - our Insurance API platform.

Zopper is a digital insurance broker looking to hire people for its Agency/POSP channel. Zopper is a technology company at the core and has a well developed insurance aggregation platform which the agents use to source policies.

Today, we are present across the country with a total team strength of 300+ employees. We are on a fast growth trajectory and hiring across roles and geographies.

Job Requirement/ Description:

- Hands on experience in managing end to end recruitment cycle.

- Proven experience interacting with various levels of staff, candidates, management, stake holders, vendors, etc.

- Should be able to work on a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines, expertise in startups team ramp up.

- Design, develop and implement strategies & programs to attract talent and manage candidate life cycle.

- Taking care of leadership role and strategic roles.

- Follow-up with candidates and ensure the positions are closed within the deadline.

- Training and coaching recruitment team.

- Responsible for their performance and deliverables.
