Role Description:

- As an Enterprise Sales Manager in a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) Fintech company, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by acquiring and managing enterprise-level clients within the financial technology sector.

- You will leverage your deep understanding of the fintech industry, strong sales skills, and excellent relationship-building abilities to meet and you will directly impact how our business moves and succeeds by helping new clients grow their businesses.

Responsibilities:.

Sales Strategy and Execution:.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for penetrating the enterprise market segment, including vertical-specific approaches where relevant.

- Identify target accounts and prospects in alignment with the company's business objectives and sales goals.

- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders at the enterprise level.

- Customer Onboarding: Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs).

New Business Development:.

- Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms.

- Conduct thorough research on potential clients to understand their business needs, pain points, and competitive landscape.

- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and webinars to showcase the value of Zoop's products.

Sales Negotiation and Closing:.

- Lead contract negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties while adhering to company policies and legal requirements.

- Collaborate with the legal and finance teams to ensure a smooth and timely sales contract closure process.

Customer Relationship Management:.

- Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, providing outstanding customer service and support throughout the sales lifecycle.

- Proactively address customer concerns, questions, and inquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to the management team.

Market Intelligence:.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics within the Fintech /BFSIspace.

- Utilize market insights to tailor sales strategies and enhance the positioning of our products.

Requirements:.

- Proven track record of meeting, exceeding in selling SAAS solutions, preferably in the fintech domain, to large enterprise clients.

- Strong knowledge of the financial industry, regulatory landscape, and compliance challenges faced by enterprises.

- Self-motivated, proactive, results driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.

- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.

- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
