What does the Business Analysis team do?

The Business Analysis team works with drug commercialization teams at top pharma and biotech companies to understand their complex business needs and help them make informed decisions. The team creates strategic narratives for senior management teams of blockbuster drugs by designing and executing custom market research studies, conceiving new data analysis methods, and drawing insights from complex datasets.

What does your day look like as a Manager at ZoomRx?

You will manage the people assigned to you, plan their allocation to projects, and take ownership of project quality and timely delivery.

Guide team members to design and execute custom market research studies, conceive new data analysis methods, draw insights from complex datasets and create strategic narratives for senior management teams of blockbuster drugs.

Work with ZoomRx client relations team and drug commercialization teams at top pharma and biotech companies.

Develop deep expertise in a wide range of topics within life sciences by drawing on existing knowledge bases while building new ones.

Provide coaching, direction, and mentorship to team members on projects and guide them in their professional development.

Provide oversight and direction to team members in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.

Provide thought leadership and innovation within projects and across practice areas

Set goals and manage the performance of the team members assigned to you through the ZoomRx Performance Management System.

Support development of firm capabilities and offerings (recruitment, training, internal initiatives). Work on organizational initiatives that have a pan function impact.

What do we look for in you?

Master's degree in either life-sciences related OR quantitative discipline (engineering, economics, business) and strong academic credentials

Graduates with 6+ years of professional experience ideally in consulting, market research, business analysis Prior experience delivering projects, especially in Pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industries. Experience working with delivery teams co-located in different offices (US and India) Experience managing team members and supporting them in professional development. Prior experience working with US clients is preferred.
