Job Description

The Revenue Architect is a leader within the marketing team who will drive the company's digital strategy and execution. While the focus is squarely on inorganic performance, it's also critical that this individual possesses a fundamental working knowledge of the core product. This will ensure the highest performance with respect to user acquisition and retention. While the role rests within the marketing team, the candidate will also work cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, product, and operations to design and execute strategies for 10x-100x growth.

The primary role is to spearhead all digital marketing initiatives leading to demand generation and revenue growth as the company scales to 50,000+ cars over the next 3 years.

Preferred Skillset

- ideal candidate is someone who carries both digital and product marketing experience

- he/she may not be an experienced digital marketer but should understand the baseline fundamentals and how various digital channels like Display, SEM, Retargeting, Social, Email, PN, and SEO could be used to drive acquisition and retention

- extremely hands on with data and should have comfort writing SQL codes, analysing consumer cohorts, studying conversion funnels and detailing out consumer journey to identify next set of opportunities for hyper growth

- Some past time spent in product marketing mainly responsible for driving growth in past organizations

- ability to map data to business needs and draw actionable insights to chalk out plans for pushing revenues and utilization in line with planned new cities launch and fleet expansion

- strong desire to experiment through constant A/B tests to learn, execute, re-learn and design newer ways to unlock growth and revenues

- robust P&L understanding around levers of profitability to ensure that growth is highly efficient and profitable

- past experience with hypergrowth at earlier organizations to ensure best practices are utilized at Zoomcar

- ability to provide thought leadership and guidance to the internal team while creating an amiable environment suitable for facilitating cross-training and professional growth

- comfort communicating across all stakeholders and present business cases and insights when needed to get timely buy-ins for critical decisions

- capability to partner with the team on quantitative and qualitative research that delivers actionable insights to drive growth and influence key marketing decisions

Preferred Experience

4-7 years of work experience with past exposure to analytics, digital marketing, and product management.
