- This person should be good at seeing the big picture and execute on grass root level to improve the overall metric.
- Additionally, they are never satisfied with the status quo, can show success in following-up and getting things done.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for effectively carrying out strategic program
- Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders.
- Marketplace, strategy, management, forecasts and results. These include short- and long-term objectives, customer metrics and overall performance. Develop reports and reporting formats.
- Manage end-to-end performance marketing across the customer lifecycle (acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, and referral)
- You have experience working with multiple marketing functions such as brand and content, and can connect the dots between programs to create full-funnel marketing campaigns.
- Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns
- Cross-function for smooth customer experience with different functions such as Operations, Tech, Finance and others.
Must Haves :
- Prior experience of working in a fast-paced environment in the area of Growth strategy, Business process improvement, and Strategic cost reduction
- At least 3 years of experience in the similar domain
- Can challenge the conventional way of working
- Is collaborative thinker focused on the best solutions
