Zoomcar - CRM and Marketing Manager/ Senior Manager - Host
Deliverables:
- Work closely with the product team to drive campaigns related to feature rollouts, effective product marketing, relevant triggers, surveys etc. Act as the business counterpart to drive initiatives for the Host app
- Effectively drive Top of the funnel by liaising with the brand marketing, influencer marketing and drive high quality Top of the funnel
- End to end creation, testing and delivery of CRM campaigns for push notifications, email, sms, whatsapp etc.
- Establishing ground rules on frequency of user targeting. Creating a complete framework on flows and frequency
- Improving Clevertap flows/campaigns to improve related metrics (open rate, CTR) and attributed revenue
- Conducting campaign experiments (vernacular, different types of content (subject lines, copies) and creative)
- Bring data to decisions by analyzing the overall CRM & campaign performance & taking corrective actions to improve CTR & conversion rate
Skills:
- Understanding various marketing channels and ROI - organic, paid, influencers, partnerships etc.; hands on experience is a plus
- Hands-on experience in campaign management & segmentation on platform(s) like Clevertap / webengage is a must
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is good to have
- Hands on CRM and marketing analytics experience
Experience:
- 3-6 years of relevant experience
