Zoomcar - Manager/Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

1. CA/MBA from reputed B school with 6 to 9 years of work experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Reporting and compliance

2. Hands on experience in working with teams across functions to visualise, communicate and create an efficient Management reporting process.

3. Preparation of Annual/quarterly/monthly operating plan for Revenue, Direct cost, Operating cost.

4. Drive the budgeting and variance analysis to provide meaningful insight to the management in real time.

5. Ability to deep dive into huge sets of data and provide meaning full information and MIS reporting.

6. Hands on working knowledge of reporting tools like DWH, and other SQL based platforms.

7. Sound knowledge of Ratios and understanding of financial concepts

8. Knowledge of INDAS/US GAAP would be useful

9. Working Knowledge of SAP B1 and Hanna

10. Able to drive P&L and Balance sheet on own

11. Excellent in excel/PowerPoint skill and other automating tools like Macros/Python etc.

12. Ability to deliver under pressure with minimum guidance. Should be a self-starter.

13. Excellent communication since the incumbent would be dealing with teams across function and across geographies.
