Role: Manager/ Senior Manager of Digital and In-organic growth
The head of growth typically lives at the intersection of marketing and product, and is focused on customer and user acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell. The candidate will work cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, product management, operations, and marketing to design and execute strategies for 10x-100x growth.
The primary role is to spearhead all digital and performance marketing initiatives leading to demand generation and revenue growth.
Job Description
The ideal candidate Is someone who carries both digital and product marketing experience. He/she may not be a proficient digital marketer but understands the fundamentals and how various digital channels like Displays, SEMs, Retargeting, Social, Emails, PNs, SEO could be used to drive acquisition and retention. It would be plus if the candidate has spent time in product marketing mainly responsible driving growth in their past organizations.
Needs to live and breathe data. If required, shouldn- t mind getting his/her hands dirty to write SQL codes, analyse consumer cohorts, study conversion funnels and detail out consumer journey to identify next set of opportunities for hyper growth.
One should be able to map data to business needs and draw actionable insights to chalk out plans for pushing revenues and utilization in line with the planned new cities launch and fleet expansion.
The right candidate should experimentative and risk taking in approach. Should run constant A/B tests to learn, execute, re-learn and design newer ways to unlock growth and revenues.
Understands P&L and levers of profitability and hence constantly aim for driving efficiency and profitable consumer acquisition across all marketing channels and initiatives.
Should have played a key role in the hyper growth in his/her past organization. Can bring best practices from other industries/ business models and adapt it to the business/marketing needs of Zoomcar.
Provides thought leadership and guidance to the internal team. Create an amiable environment suitable for facilitating cross-training and professional growth.
Should be able to communicate across all stakeholders and present business cases and insights when needed to get timely buy-ins in critical decisions.
Partner with the team on quantitative and qualitative research that delivers actionable insights to drive growth and influence key marketing decisions.
Experience:
4-7 years of digital marketing or product experience. An idea candidate will have a good mix of product and digital experience.
