Lead pan-India operations (5 regions) and drive full stack cost P&L responsibilities across company
- Manage and drive efficiencies for 125 person + call center operation that handles pan-India
- Own end-to- end on-ground customer experience
- Create and drive new operating KPIs that can deliver disruptive customer experience and efficiency improvements
- Streamline all operational processes to deal with 5x new vehicle scale and 20 new cities over next 12 months (750 CR + annual revenue opportunity)
- Work closely with the engineering and product teams to help build new products that impact vehicle performance, customer experience, and internal employee efficiencies
- Oversee HR function for blue collar employees (fleet executives and call center)
- Drive international expansion plans and in-vehicle device functionality improvements (vehicle monitoring)
- Engage with CEO on daily basis to impact most critical projects in the Company
Ideal Candidate Background :
- 10-15 years work experience in various operating roles with significant P&L responsibilities; must have seen pan-India presence
- Top tier educational background (Btech)
- Mix of startup and large company experience; should have seen large scale up at startup
- Significant expertise handling blue collar workforce across multiple cities
- Clearly demonstrated consistent ability to drive huge KPI improvements in short time span
- Strong analytical bend with a fluency for data
- High comfort level working with tech and product teams
- Hands on leader - who will take to the front lines and lead by example
- Extremely high energy person with ability to handle significant pressure, long hours, and heavy travel
