Job Description :
1. Good communication skills to liaison with customers and RSA to understand the reason for breakdown.
2. To diagnose and troubleshoot all the customer requested complaints around breakdown
3. Technical Experience in vehicle check-up, breakdowns and Insurance claims.
4. Knowledge of Car features and specifications across all car categories along with user configuration steps
5. Experience of handling imported vehicles
6. Work closely with Service centres and City team to validate authenticity of damage reported and repair done
7. Good attitude and team player.
