Role and Responsibilities: -
- Managing Guest Category dynamically for the carsharing marketplace business
- Responsible for topline and revenue across the platform.
- Increase profitability across the platform
- Responsible for acquiring new Guests and retaining existing Guests
- Lead a team member and key stakeholders span across - Product, Engineering, Data science, Performance marketing, CRM, Brand, Business Analytics, Alliances, Pricing and growth product
- Provide strategic and operational direction to the stakeholders to maximize revenue and meet corporate objectives
- Use extensive data analytics to identify growth areas both strategic and real-time
- Lead analytical team
- Display thought and people leadership
Desired Skills: -
- 10+ years of experience in strategy and growth function
- Strategic and tactical experience in scaling start-ups through multiple phases of growth
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build / manage partnerships both internally and externally
- Highly analytical - showcased by Top Tier IIT, IIM combination.
- Clear history of being deeply data driven in daily actions.
- Obsessed about traffic growth - clear examples of having created new channels for traffic growth, inflected traffic trajectory
- Past history of working in performance marketing fields will be added advantage
- Will have clear track record of using product, tech, marketing reach online or offline.
- Sharp focus on customer behavior & ability to win over customer segments
- Obsess about customer insight. Generate insight using primary & secondary data.
- Sharp understanding of competitive analysis, product positioning, deep thinking on how to name, set objectives and metrics, strategize and launch campaigns.
Background :-- Growth Marketing and strategy at E-commerce and Consumer Internet startups/growth hacking expertise.
- Should have deep e-commerce growth experience
- 10-12 years of experience in any eCommerce firm as a Marketing Head/Growth Head
- Ideal person should have a good mix of tech and marketing and should be entrepreneurial having dabbled with various things to make e-commerce business grow
