Desired Skills and Experience:

- 8+ year of web development experience.

- 4+ years of experience handling team (minimum 10 members).

- Strong understanding of mobile/web standards, front-end web programming, and modern client-side engineering.

- Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.

- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

- Experience in managing consumer facing, transactional web apps.

- Highly collaborative and comfortable with both high-level planning and tactical execution.

- Heuristics analysis of behavioral and transactional analytics to support product improvements.

- Ability to work in a fast paced internet start-up environment.
