Assistant Manager - CRM
The role rests with the Customer Retention and Analytics team within the Growth Function of Zoomcar. This team is responsible for driving retention and reactivation campaigns across various digital and direct marketing channels for Zoomcar. The primary objectives for the team includes churn reduction, driving better loyalty across new and existing customers, and driving profitability through better and efficient ways of targeting.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Define the strategy for various customer cohorts (loyalists, active, dormant etc.) and drive the achievement of objectives for each of the cohorts
- Manage the design, planning and execution of retention,reactivation campaigns by collaborating with multiple stakeholders across various cross functional teams (CRM, City / Country teams, Brand Marketing, Customer Experience etc)
- Work with Product,Engineering team to drive product ideas to improve the conversion of repeat customers
- User segmentation and communication planning for increasing Top of the funnel as well as to facilitate funnel conversions.
- Help strengthen data led thinking and lead the development of customer intelligence frameworks (Churn prediction, Most Valuable Customer etc) across the retention charter
- Design, Execute, Monitor and report on campaigns in PNs, SMS-es, Emails and In-apps
- The major on-going projects would be 1st booking activation, user retention, friction user winback, improving customer lifetime value etc - strategy, execution, measurement and optimization will be under the purview of him/her.
- The role also entails planning and execution of ad hoc interventions at city/cohort level.
- Maintaining and improving data management processes and accuracy
Mandatory Requirements :
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience.
- Intent and comfort to work with data and logic.
- Previous work experience with any marketing automation platforms like MoEngage/ Webengage/ Clevertap/ Blueshift.
- Should have demonstrated the ability to work independently in a highly demanding environment with strict deadlines
- Previous work experience in a B2C consumer internet company in any industry. Startups preferred.
- Ability and willing-ness to structuralize vague problem statements into actionables
- Good Analytical and logical reasoning
- Applicants with basic SQL knowledge/analytics background will be given preference.
