The role involves driving business growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and fostering long-term relationships with clients. This is a leadership position that requires a proactive and results-oriented professional with a strong background in sales and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new business opportunities to achieve revenue growth.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and ensure satisfaction.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business expansion.

- Lead and mentor a sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.

- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in sales strategy development, business development, and relationship management.

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.

- In-depth knowledge of insurance products and services is highly preferred.

- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.

- Bachelor's/master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Relevant experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
