Position Finance Controller / General Manager - Finance & Accounts
Position Summary - Overall responsibility of Finance & Accounts functions, taxation, Cost & Budget control, Project and working capital finance, treasury and liaison with external statutory agencies, statutory compliances.

Roles & responsibilities
1. Maintenance of Accounts, timely finalisation of periodical Accounts and review of accounts functions
2. Ensuring seamless commercial function
3. Effective and timely statutory compliances.
4. To ensure effective Project finance / working capital management.
5. Effective Budget and Cost control to ensure overall financial discipline in the Organisation.
6. Maintenance of cordial relationship with external/internal stakeholders
7. Ensure timely recovery of receivables as per the terms of contracts in close interaction with Project-Heads.
8. Effective tax planning in co-ordination with Tax Experts
9. To ensure smooth conduct of internal / statutory audits.
10. To evolve guidelines for effective financial discipline and update Accounting Standards and other management and financial practices
Work Experience 5-10 years of experience in F&A functions in infrastructure/related industry
