Zone Lead Store Operations - Human Resource
Major Responsibility : Job Description :
Talent Acquisition to support Business Needs
- Ensuring Fulfillment of vacant Store positions within the stipulated Turnaround Time
- Ensuring Pre-Offer Candidate Pipeline over and above the recruitment norm
- Maintaining the actual manpower count in line with Average Manpower Norm per store
Induction & On boarding :
- Monitoring Induction and On boarding activities for Zone Zone and ensuring timely completion of the same as per norms
Payroll, Statutory & Leave/Attendance Management :
- Efficiently driving Payroll, Statutory, Leave and Attendance Management for Store.
Employee Engagement :
- Ensuring team conducts regular HR Walk the Shop : Visiting 10 stores on a monthly basis.
- Driving new engagement Initiatives for the region
Manpower costing :
- Maintaining the Average manpower Cost per Store in line with the set norm
Exit Management :
- Ensuring TAT for Full & Final Settlements - = 60 days
- Clearance documentation submission to Corporate to be 100%
PMS :
- Driving Performance Management and ensuring timely completion of Performance Contract Setting for 100% eligible employees
- Ensuring MYR / EDR Completion for 100% eligible employees
- Ensuring Annual Appraisal Completion as per stipulated timelines
MIS :
- Presentation of various manpower related reports to the management
- Analytics and Decision making
New Projects Initiative :
- Driving HR Initiatives / Agenda for the new / existing organizational projects.
- Formulating HR Strategies for new projects in line with the organizational objectives.
