Urgently looking for Zonal Training Manager- South (Based either at Bangalore or Chennai) with a leading firm into Telecom.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- All type of Training which is required in Zone.

- Do On Job Coaching, Class room Training, Soft Skill Program etc.

- Sharpening their Skills on the products and the process through on the job coaching by measuring their capabilities on the field.

- Observe sales activity at Distributor point from Morning Meeting, Field Visit with DSE and Evening Meeting and give suggestion to improve the Productivity.

- Timely Product Update to all Vertical.

- Product Training to all vertical.

- On Job Coaching with Low performing sales person and track their performance.

- General Market Audit if required

- Reporting to AVP Training Head.
