Zonal Training Manager

Role:

- Physically Train on Products, Processes, Sales by travelling across locations constantly

- Requires extensive travel of atleast 15+ days month across AP & Telangana

- Should have high energy, good communication Skills, Training Delivery and excellent clarity of thought

- Preferred candidates from BFSI industry and other Consumer products industry viz. FMCG, FMCD etc who have large sales team on ground

- Age less than 42 years and male candidates are preferred

- Reporting to Zonal Process Manager with a Team Size of 4 reportees

- Must Have a total Expereince of 10 yrs

- Relevant experience in financial industry

- Functional and Soft skill Training Manager/Trainer

- Handled a min team size of min 2

- Proven track record
