Role - Zonal Trainer ( Product Trainer)
Location - Delhi NCR
JOB PROFILE :
- Design, Develop, Conduct and Monitor Product Training Programs @ Central India Level (Centralized and Decentralized) through Annual Product Training Calendar for different levels/profiles of Professionals (employees and dealers)
- Design, Develop, Conduct and Monitor Refresher Courses of Product Training Programs for different levels of Professionals (employees and dealers)
- Design, Develop, Conduct and Monitor Advanced/Next Level Courses of Product Training Programs for different levels of Professionals (employees and dealers)
- Design, Develop, Execute and Monitor Pre-Training and Post Training Systems for different levels of Professionals (employees and dealers)
- Design, Develop, Execute and Monitor Training Effectiveness Evaluation Systems for different levels of Professionals (employees and dealers)
- Design and Develop Content Rich Training Material for Product Training for different levels of Professionals (employees and dealers)
- Organize, facilitate forums of interaction, learning, and action for the relevant stake holders.
- Conceptualizing and Developing Product Training plans for entire staff
- Design and deliver training; evaluate, measure & monitor training effectiveness;
- Maintain MIS & Trackers;
- Develop innovative methods of training and create benchmarks with the objective of building the required capabilities of the companies Human Resources.
POSITION PURPOSE :
- A dynamic product training professional with global appeal is required for this role.
- Continually monitor the provision of Product Training,
- Evaluate Quality w.r.t Effectiveness, and Develop product training in response to Evaluation.
- Expertise in Planning, Developing and Implementing Various Product Training related Systems/Processes.
- Work in close coordination and interaction with various Branch/Business Heads at a senior level to fulfill expanding product training needs.
- Effectively partner with Management and Employees at all levels and responsible for imparting product knowledge and conduct related activities.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Expertise in Planning, Developing and Implementing Various Product Training related Systems/Processes.
- Work in close coordination and interaction with various Branch/Business Heads at a senior level to fulfill expanding product training needs.
- Exposure to working at the grassroots level and Willingness to Adjust to the Local Surroundings.
EXPERIENCE: 5-8 Yrs
QUALIFICATION: Any Graduate/ MBA
