Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Persistency:
- Focus on client engagement for TPP (Third-Party Administrator) business, specifically for life and general insurance renewals within your zone.
- Develop and implement long-term strategies to improve policy persistency rates.
- Collaborate with branches and sales teams to identify and address client concerns, contributing to a positive customer experience.
Zonal Business Leadership:
- Co-own and drive achievement of TPP business targets for your designated zone.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to branches and sales teams on TPP business development and best practices.
- Ensure efficient and compliant operations of TPP-related activities within your zone.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- Oversee and ensure adherence to all established TPP business processes and regulatory guidelines.
- Facilitate TPP-related training and certification for staff across all branches in your zone.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of business operations.
Qualifications:
- Post-graduate degree (Masters/MBA) in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field (essential).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry (essential).
- At least 2 years of experience in handling sales and operations within the Life & General insurance sector (preferred).
