Zonal Technical Valuation Manager - Mortgage NBFC

About Our Client :

Our client is one of the well-established Housing Finance Company backed by a reputed conglomerate. The HFC has mortgage product offerings across loans, Mortgages, Loans Against Property, Loans Against Shares, Micro-finance and Agri-loans. They are looking for a Technical Valuation with strong team handling experience for their operations based in NCR.

Job Description - 

Reporting to the Head Technical Valuation Manager, you will be responsible for-

- Work closely with the Underwriting Head at the hub and develop robust technical evaluation norms.

- Monitor the technical evaluation process in the Zone.

- Directly carry out the technical evaluation process on a need basis.

- Manage the vendors involved in the technical evaluation process.

- Train and evaluate the proficiency levels of the team on a regular basis.

- Maintain TAT targets for the technical evaluation process.

- Work closely with the legal counterpart on the technical evaluation front.

- Carry out spot checks on a frequent basis.

- Maintain an MIS related to the technical evaluation.

- Monitor handling of fraud cases on the technical front i.e. identification, handling, reporting and facilitating closure as per the action decided.

The Successful Applicant

- The successful candidate should have 7+ years work experience in Technical Valuation role - valuation in the retail lending portfolio, construction finance with any mortgage background company.

- He/ She should have worked in the retail lending portfolio as a strong technical individual with strong relationship with the builders/ real estate projects and understanding of the micromarket.

- Bachelor of Engineering in the civil engineering is a strong must for the role.
