Job Profile -

1) Work closely with the underwriting team/head and develop robust technical evaluation norms.

2) Monitor technical evaluation process and manage the vendors including appointment

3) Train and evaluate the proficiency levels of the team on a regular basis.

4) Maintain TAT targets for evaluation process.

5) Working closely with legal counterpart on the technical evaluation front.

6) Monitor and close fraud cases on technical front, identification, handling, reporting, and facilitating closure as per the action decided.

7) Facilitate implementation of fraud policy in the representative office

8) Adhering to Approved Technical and specific policy for City/Location, if any Project Approval grid through Developer Categorization

9) Maintaining average number of APF approvals and CF valuation reports

10) Adherence of all requisites for project approvals, new initiative towards process improvement and effective implementation

11) Conducting various locations coming up with region specific ammendments to increase business, mitigate risk

12) Market Intelligence on Real Estate Market in respective Zone

13) Educating with property prices & trends, infrastructure news, policy & guideline changes

14) Ensure that the team is trained on allotted job role and new core business system to existing & new employees.

15) Manage staff attrition and technical managers team

16) Improve Employee satisfaction survey (ESAT) Scores (year on year) for Technical team.
