Key responsibilities -

- Person will manage salesforce volume & operation hiring for the assigned portfolio within their zone.

- Primary & Most important - The role holder will be accountable to build Recruitment / Talent Acquisition distribution / franchises across their zone to maximise HR contribution in hiring. Thereby, provide recruitment service delivery for salesforce spread across their assigned portfolio. The individual will be accountable for end-to-end recruiting process for a medium-to large sized recruiting demand plan. Hiring across all sales levels, not limiting to Front Line Sales (FLS) hiring only. The individual will be supported by zonal Talent operation.

- The role holder will be accountable for recruitment at all levels under salesforce for the assigned portfolio within the zone - in terms of efficiency, quality, speed and internal customer satisfaction.

- The role holder will be key point of contact for hiring for the business stakeholder for the assigned portfolio within the zone, including HR Business Partners throughout the recruitment process.

- Co-design and plan strategies around building, manage and cultivate a robust pipeline of candidates to manage volume hiring & ensure active and direct participation in the recruitment lifecycle.

- Support development and implement ideas for improving the talent acquisition process and outcomes; identify key sourcing channels; develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, effectively gathering research, networking, leveraging relevant social media, and employee referrals.

- Data management - prepare and report dashboards/metrics/measurements of success. Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire. Conduct regular review with the zonal HR manager. Regular reporting of hiring progress to key business stakeholders.

- Ensure adherence to all recruitment process while hiring.

- Optimize hiring cost. Deliver on hiring budgets. Optimise sourcing channel mix.

- Build Relationships with Agencies and staffing firms & build partnerships and keep a tab on the procurement and measurement process.

- Responsible for Talent Acquisition operation and audit clearance for the assigned portfolio.
